Anvil™ Finishing Program

The Anvil™ Metal coatings are exclusively available at Grothouse. They use a proprietary finish using real metals in copper, brass, steel, and more that are liquified and sprayed onto our wood hood, moldings, and decorative accent pieces. All finishing takes place at their headquarters in Germansville, PA.

The Anvil™ Finish program allows for elevated metallic design features that previously were unable to be crafted with solid metal. This will provide expansive design options and aggressive cost savings to comparable full metal hoods available in the marketplace. We also provide wood moldings that can be finished and applied as metal accent pieces including battens, applied hardwood and molding wraps.  The wood moldings and accent pieces can be cut and installed like any traditional wood molding. These pieces are shipped from the factory, backed with an aggressive 3M backer tape to ensure trouble free adhesion to your wood hood once finished.
